Pennello & Scalpello is the blog that was born during our year of Universal Civil Service at the Pro Loco Aviano APS with the aim of bringing the young people of Aviano closer to the artists and artisans of their country. We have chosen the two objects that most represent art and craft to give the name to our project: brush and chisel.
